Day 11: Last day in Vegas

Got up late, got packed, watched some TV and off to the airport. The lines at LAS were insanely long and then the boarding pass fiasco. I did the self check in and didn’t realize that the boarding pass that printed out for me had the wrong name on it, the screen showed the correct name. So I didn’t even look at the boarding pass, I grabbed it and made it to the security section, stood in line for 15-20 minutes just to find out I had to go and get a the correct boarding pass. It was hard to get back there, since the line was designed to only go one way, forward, all the people waiting in line were blocking my way and I had to go back the way I came, get another boarding pass and come back again. The security person told me not to wait in that line again, but I only made it half way through the line, the people didn’t know why I was cutting in, some didn’t see me leaving before, what a freaking mess. It took an hour to get from the security check to the gate. By the time I made it to the gate, my plane was already boarding.

I haven’t flown American Airlines in a long time, gosh those seats are cramped compared to United, my back pack wouldn’t even fit underneath the seat in front of me. The flight was packed, I tried to sleep through most of it. My flight got in at 11:21PM and at 12:15AM I was home. It was in the low 40’s and it was raining.

When spring comes, check out sport-touring.net in the region 4 section for coffee meets and stuff. There is a few Duc ST's on there in this area.
